This passage serves as the foundational mandate of Voitheia Inc. We believe every person has been endowed with unique gifts—whether in spiritual counsel, emergency logistics, medical knowledge, or digital technology—and our duty is to deploy those gifts as faithful stewards of God’s grace.

Operational Integrity & Fiduciary Stewardship
Voitheia Inc. is incorporated under the Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law of California and is classified as a public charity under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code.
As reported on our Form 1023 filing, all corporate officers, directors, and trustees serve on a dedicated volunteer basis, ensuring that contributions go directly toward charitable programming, community outreach, and disaster response.
Aid, clean water, medical technology, and emergency food supplies are distributed to individuals and families solely based on genuine humanitarian need, without regard to religious affiliation, race, nationality, gender, or background.
All global grants, international partnerships, and resource shipments undergo rigorous screening under U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions lists, Rev. Rul. 71-460 guidelines, and anti-money-laundering protocols.

Prince Ibe
Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with vast experience in project management and technical program management. An entrepreneur and teacher of God's Word since 1990, Prince provides strategic oversight, technology leadership, and theological grounding for all Voitheia initiatives.

National USA Director of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI), business owner, and team captain of Sports World Ministries. Active member of La Croix United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, bringing over 30 years of volunteer leadership experience.
Julie Faronbi
Healthcare agency supervisor providing clinical care and supervisory management for individuals with developmental disabilities. Holds a B.A. in English and is a former sales executive at Rank Xerox, overseeing fiduciary compliance and transparent donation tracking.
Chinwe Ibe
Staff Nurse II at Kaiser Permanente. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Chamberlain University, Illinois. Chinwe guides health protocol compliance, maternal-child aid distributions, and operational record keeping.
Magnus Echendu
Healthcare professional and ordained Deacon in the local church. Graduate of Gurnick Academy of Arts, providing guidance on community pastoral care, hospital visitation, and emergency food parcel distributions.
Emmanuel Emmanuel
Over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, Christian management, and peacebuilding/conflict resolution, paired with 11+ years of pastoral ministry. Guides curriculum development, youth leadership training, and partner relations.
